Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped from My Urban Alley and take 24 to 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times.
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- Please note that sales tax for Canadian orders applies according to your shipping address.
- Canadian orders: Come with a tracking # and insured up to $100.00. Additional coverage is available, leave us a note with your order if you want or need more and we will confirm before shipping of the additional cost.
- Free shipping for order of $100.00 or more before tax.
US ORDERS
- No sales tax on destinations outside of Canada.
